Clearbox named ‘Cloud-Based Technology of 2016’ at this year’s Construction Computing Awards

Clearbox is pleased to announce that we have been awarded ‘Cloud-based technology of 2016’ at the Construction Computing Awards. We were also runners-up with Kier for our joint work on the ‘Where’s the Bear?’ charity initiative.

Affectionately known as “The Hammers”, the Construction Computing Awards showcase and reward the technology, tools and solutions for the effective design, construction, maintenance and modification of commercial buildings, residential and social housing and civil engineering projects of all sizes.

Commenting on the win, Graeme Forbes, CEO, Clearbox, said, “This award really is great recognition of the hard work our team has put into the product. It’s also fantastic to receive acknowledgement from the industry – we started our lives out on site and suffered the frustrations that exist, so it’s great to be recognised for helping to solve the challenges surrounding project knowledge, collaboration, management, activity tracking and cost control. The case study we submitted demonstrated a fantastic ROI to the team surveying Chelsea Bridge, saving 36 project days with a great ROI on their investment, as well as giving the project team the ability to collect more in depth information to handover to the client, it really highlighted the benefits of our technology.”
